Formal Complaint about Fenix

While playing in the server, i had made this tank/monster truck thing, i was just driving it around, sometimes run into ppl (even though there was only 3 other ppl on the server) anyways, a couple of times, my tank was picked up by fenix and was kinda being messed aroudn with, happened again a little bit later, next, he takes out his color tool and makes my tank invisable, and b4 i told him to stop, and of course, I hit tab, click his name go down, and i clicked "Kick" and poof Fenix disappeared, a min later he comes in, strips me of my Super Admin then kicks me, The Next things have been copied pasted after he kicked me

All i ask for is One, My Super Admin Back, and Two, For Fenix to know that He alone cant mess with peoples stuff, I know ive seen on the top of my screen turning game, it says, Remeber the Golden ruuuule, Dont mess with peoples stuff unless u want to be banned, Fenix broke the rule, and im punished for it,

On my server if there is ANY problem please tell ME and don't hold back.. I will do nothing about this and Dews Super admin will be replaced and Fenix's Owner will stay for now and if this continues both of you will be stripped of your rank and position.

Yes i understand, But im going to make this quick point, really i havnt been on the server, Ive been playing CSS, COD4, COD5 and some other games, now im not saying i quit Gmod, since, well i quit all of the above for it, but im saying that im kinda in a need for games like them, and also im in a slump and cant think of things to make, and also please point out the times that ive acted noobish, i mean really do, so i can see what it is so i can learn, it doesnt help me to aviod such things if i dont even know what they are

I don't record all the times but there are time where you just grab other peoples stuff but ive gotten alot of complaints so im just saying

Grabbing ppl- After they have shot at me, which i find annoying since A, They want to kill me and B. Its annoying to get shot

Grabbing Props- When they are annoying (Thruster sounds, effects . etc) when they are doing something they shouldnt be like ramming into ppl and their things etc etc
